Don's personal qualifications include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, a B.S. and an M.S. in Psychology, and over 25 years of experience in the Nuclear, Chemical, Environmental, Manufacturing, and Information Technology Fields. Don also has nearly 25 years of direct experience as an Executive Recruiter and is a member of the American Nuclear Society.
Since first working as an Executive Recruiter in 1983, Don has been paid for personally placing over 500 engineers and technicians with client companies. Since founding his own Executive Search Firm in 1990, Don has specialized in the Nuclear and Manufacturing Industries and has worked extensively with Navy Nuclear Trained Officers and Enlisted Personnel.
Additionally, DHA also works with a network of other experienced Nuclear and Non-Nuclear Recruiters who can give you even greater coverage on a national basis in marketing your skills to their own clients.
